Terms and Conditions

Detailed below are the terms and conditions relating to purchasing both in stock items and bespoke or customised items.

Stock Items

Delivery

All stock items can be delivered or collected. Delivery is an additional charge. 

Cancellations

Cancellations after despatch or collection must be done within 14 days of receipt. Goods can be returned in person or via post. Any postage must be paid and is not refundable. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of returned goods as long as they are in the same condition as at despatch or collection.

Warranty

All stock items come with a 12 month warranty against poor workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear nor does it cover broken straps or strap anchors if it is deemed that the bag has been carrying heavy items. Gerbera Bags reserve the right to refuse a refund if it considers the bag has not been used for it's intended purpose. Bags are not guaranteed to carry in excess of 1 Kg. If an issue with the sewing is found within 12 months it will be fixed free of charge or a credit note will be issued.

Items using waterproof or water resistant material are not fully waterproof and should not be submersed in water.

Gerbera Bags do not accept responsibility for damage to items carried in any of it's bags howsoever caused.

Bespoke and Made to Order

Delivery

All stock items can be delivered or collected. Delivery is an additional charge. 

Cancellations

Deposits can only be returned if the cancellation is made before any work has commenced on the bag or before any orders have been made by Gerbera Bags for any item specifically required for your order. Please check for details at time of ordering.

Warranty

Bespoke items do not have a warranty and Gerbera Bags does not accept responsibility for any issues however caused or where the order has specifically requested a specific design or hardware. Gerbera Bags will advice where it believes the design or specific requirement may not be suitable for the items intended use. Repairs can be carried out but a fee may be payable by the customer. Repairs will only be considered within 3 months of despatch or collection of the original order.
